Habitat for Humanity Kerr County assists low and moderate-income households to attain decent affordable housing in Kerr County. The three eligibility requirements are:
1. You must demonstrate a need for adequate housing.
2. You must be willing to partner with Habitat.
3. You must have the ability to repay the mortgage note.
